Amethyst / SteelHard Control · Disrupt then banish
One of Lorcana's premier control archetypes. Amethyst's bounce and exert effects soften threats; Steel's banish actions remove them permanently. The deck has answers to almost everything — fast aggro, midrange threats, value engines — and closes with Steel's heaviest finishers once the board is empty.

The gameplan
Amethyst/Steel is a hard control deck. The plan unfolds across the early, mid, and late game.
- Turns 1–3: Inkable defense — small blockers and inkable disruption. Ink the right cards aggressively.
- Turns 4–6: Banish and bounce begin. Clear opposing threats one at a time. Survive into the late game.
- Turn 7+: Drop Elsa for the lockout, then Beast or Mrs. Incredible to close. Their hand is empty by turn 10.
